Interactive video help

Postby sicklove » Wed Dec 15, 2010 3:23 pm

Well howdy ho!

Anyone got any good tutorials, sites with tutorials, book titles, or experiences with creating interactive videos?

I'm trying to make an interactive video puzzle by stringing video clips together via clickable hotspots on the video, some timed to only be available for a few seconds of the entire clip(s).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there are any developers who have been hired and completed projects relating to this, please PM me.

Thanks!

You could try rendering the video's content onto a canvas element and than script that instead. There have been a lot of interesting experiments with that, like this one.
