HTML 5 SUBWINDOWS

I know an application (Illumination Software Creation Studio) that is thought for beginners of programming. It has functions to compile the program for PC, Android, iPhone - and HTML 5.

It has windows INSIDE THE PAGE the user can drag. Do you know how that works?

I have already found the answer to question.
If it takes that long until a topic is posted, this forum is not useful.
In other forums i get answers within a few hours.

I understand that you need to make sure that no spam is posted.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree that the latency is a problem. I'll see if we can change how things are done to make it better...
