Framesets/Frames

Since framesets came before a spec which included them, it was really the browsers which made them resizable. Ultimately, it's really up to the browsers to make resizable iframes, just like WebKit made resizable textareas.

Sorry to KO your point though resize is a CSS3 property. :P

Frame and framesets are both useful in XHTML. And I'm very happy that they are modified in the XHTML 5, This could make the HTML 5 more powerful and there will be more people using XHTML 5 day by day.
