HTML Canvas Editor

I have been searching the web all day without any success, for a editor whereby I can use some graphical GUI and it will output the Canvas Script to create it.

The canvas script looks simple enough to me, as an old man developer, but I want my graphics staff to build the graphics, not my developers!

Is there any tools out there that will output Canvas Jscript from an GUI interface? Please advise.

I could always build myself a canvas application that outputs canvas scripts, it does not look too complicated, but I'd much prefer to contribute to some open source project that is already doing that, or failiing that some commerical application?

It seem the natural step - someone must have started it????

From my understanding it is possible to import Illustrator files into Dreamweaver and then import that into canvas.

Great thanks, done some more reseasrch in that area and it looks like with the upcoming CS5 version you can take illistratrator, and flash also for that matter, and it will turn it into HTML canvas. Perfect.

Hopefully we'll see some competitors doing the same thing soon....
