Can HTML5 do this?

Hi,

I'm starting up an online magazine company (or have been starting it up for awhile now). We have been using Issuu, but it doesn't have the capability to embed videos, and we would also like to load certain ad pages with different ads based on ip addresses. We could do this with flash, but the flash magazines we've seen are VERY buggy, so we don't think its worth it to switch from issue to our own flash creation.

To make a long story short it be possible to make an online magazine like the one at the link below with HTML5? Would it be possible to embed videos from other sites into it? Would it be possible to call certain ads based on ip addresses within the magazine? And, would all this be stable?
