JS event for when [x] is clicked in "search" input

Postby tr333 » Wed May 05, 2010 2:01 am

When text is entered into a "search" input textbox on webkit browsers it shows a [x] at the end of the textbox, which clears the textbox when clicked. Are there any JS events that get fired when this [x] is clicked? If not, it would be nice to have one/some.

You get an 'input' event when it is clicked, AFAICT.
