Creating my first HTML 5 video Page

Hi i am not very good with HTML or HTML 5 for that matter

now i currently run Aptana Studio 2

I want to create a simple page

Where the Header will be a banner image say size is 970 by 260 pix

Then the body will be a blank space black background and this is where i want to centre my movie to be embedded

the botton will be a footer mage

there are no links or buttons etc just a simple page that i can upload to a free host such as webhostfree for example.

I would like a code that could enable my to create a video page

i have miroo video converter and ive been told to change the format to OGG

so i am hoping somewhere could set up a template for me with instructions on how to add my video to the page.
