Drag & drop on mobile & web

I'm currently trying to create a drag & drop that can both work on mobile devices (smartphones and tablets). I tried adding touch events with a jQuery plug-in, but no luck. I can get the html code to work on desktops, but I'm still battling with the mobile. I not sure how or where to add the code.
