Advisor Wanted: Sr. Web Developer a few hours/week . . .

Looking for Advisor, a very experienced web developer, who can devote a few hours a week to help us:
a) determine how best to partition our project based upon our road-map
b) participate in potential developer interviews
c) help estimate time and cost of project
d) generally advise on potential pitfalls and trade-offs we'll be faced with

We believe our site is a candidate for Javascript/css/html5 <canvas>, but are open to input.
We'd think we'd like to stick with free tools/languages - away from Flash/Flex.

This is a new project (clean code base).
