Making image display different views when clicked on <map>

Postby developer4758 » Mon Jul 23, 2012 5:41 pm

Hi All,

I am new to the community was hoping someone could help me with this. So I have an image that has a title then 4 categories: A, B, C, D. When you click on either A, B,C,D, I want a view to be displayed at the bottom which could display either an image/text or both. Can anyone help? I plan on incorporating this in a mobile iOS app possibly. I have heard you can do this with maybe javascript and css and using the <map> tag. ANy help would be greatly appreciated

Cheers!

Here's an example: http://software.hixie.ch/utilities/js/l ... saved/1747

However without knowing the specifics of what you're trying to do, it's hard to know whether this is a good solution for you or if a different approach would be more appropriate for the task.
