What does the pubdate attribute mean? It means one of two things. If the <time> element is in an <article> element, it means that this timestamp is the publication date of the article. So use the "time" only to say when was published the article or the entire page?

You don't use the pubdate attribute in your examples, so the requirements about pudate don't apply.
