You can't take a single page and expect it to make sense if you cram two different topics on the same page. That might work with print (as it has two physical sides of a single piece of paper) however the web is not like that. Besides, in regards to SEO it's good to have content though to increase the chance that you'll be found in a search engine you'll want to keep each set of content on it's own dedicated page.
