canvas help with buttons

I want to know if the actions of the buttons that are used on this page http://www.zleyecare.com/htmdocs/alread ... index.html can be done using canvas. If so where do I find out how. I need the buttons to float in then be clickable.

As per my knowledge about this topic, canvas can be used but it's not highly recommended.
