2 Suggestions for forms in HTML 5

1. Title attribute.
From now, many webmaster user javascript to make title tooltip, Just If we can do somr thing for Title attribute and make it more prety (somde text fortmat added..or some thing!)

2. Javascript diablog (like alert, prompt, confrim...)
As the same with Title attribute, just if we can do some thing....That we will not user more javascript on lightbox or some thing like Jquery dialog.

matbe these jyst 2 stupid suggestion but....maybe that will help!
